Blue Ridge Risk Partners in Salisbury, MD is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to support the Client Relationship Manager in policy management, carrier communications, and data processing. You will assist with audits, renewals, endorsements, and generating certificates, ensuring accurate and timely service to clients.

This non-exempt, full-time role requires strong communication, knowledge of insurance products, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Property & Casualty License and have 2+ years of large commercial account experience.
• Excellent communication, organizational skills, and customer service abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.

Responsibilities

• Assist CRM with policy management, audits, and marketing of accounts.
• Communicate with carriers on renewals, endorsements, and policy updates.
• Respond to client inquiries, process payments, and finalize policy documents.
• Create reports and set up COI templates in the agency system.
• Prioritize workload to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions.
• Stay informed about industry changes to improve knowledge and performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve agency goals.
• Support continuous improvement in client service.
