Position Overview

We seek a skilled Personal Lines Account Manager to provide exceptional customer service and manage personal insurance accounts using the EPIC system, handling policy management, client communication, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage client relationships, conduct policy reviews, and address inquiries and claims.
  • Utilize EPIC system for policy management, process applications, endorsements, renewals, and negotiate with underwriters.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, collaborate with sales to grow the client base.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, maintain organized documentation.
  • Conduct risk assessments, analyze policies, and stay updated on EPIC features.
  • Collaborate with claims, underwriting, and finance departments to resolve issues and improve service.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager or similar role.
  • Proficiency with EPIC or other insurance management systems.
  • Knowledge of personal lines insurance products, policies, and regulations.
  • Strong customer service, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Proactive problem-solving and customer-focused approach.
