Position Overview

We seek an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to provide excellent customer service and manage personal insurance accounts using the EPIC system, ensuring compliance and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and conduct policy reviews to ensure coverage and identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Handle policy management tasks, including processing applications, endorsements, and renewals.
• Collaborate with sales to expand client base and meet revenue goals.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain organized documentation.
• Perform risk assessments and analyze policies for client needs.
• Utilize the EPIC system effectively and stay updated on its features.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve issues and improve service.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager or similar.
• Proficiency in EPIC or similar insurance systems.
• Deep knowledge of personal insurance products and regulations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze policies and assess risks proactively.
