Job Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary contact, build relationships, understand client needs, conduct policy reviews, and address inquiries and claims.
• Policy Management: Use EPIC system to manage records, process applications, endorsements, renewals, and collaborate with underwriters.
• Sales and Cross-Selling: Identify upselling opportunities, collaborate with sales team to grow client base.
• Compliance and Documentation: Ensure adherence to regulations, maintain organized records.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments, analyze policies for client suitability.
• EPIC System Utilization: Demonstrate proficiency, stay updated on system features.
• Team Collaboration: Work with claims, underwriting, finance to resolve issues and improve service.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field (preferred).
• Experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager or similar role.
• Proficiency in EPIC or other insurance management systems.
• Knowledge of personal lines insurance products and regulations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive problem-solving and customer-focused mindset.
