Personal Lines Account Manager (Must have P&C License)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts for our clients. Utilizing the EPIC insurance management system, you will handle various aspects of policy management, client communication, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, build strong relationships, and understand their insurance needs. Conduct regular policy reviews and address inquiries promptly.
  2. Policy Management: Use the EPIC system to manage client records, process applications, endorsements, renewals, and work with underwriters on policy terms.
  3. Sales and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for additional insurance products and collaborate with sales to expand the client base.
  4. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure adherence to regulations and maintain organized documentation of all client interactions.
  5. Risk Assessment and Analysis: Conduct risk assessments to determine appropriate coverage and analyze policies for alignment with client needs.
  6. EPIC System Utilization: Demonstrate proficiency in the EPIC system, stay updated on features, and improve workflow efficiency.
  7. Team Collaboration: Work with claims, underwriting, and finance departments to resolve issues and enhance service.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager or similar role.
  • Proficiency in EPIC or other insurance management systems.
  • Deep knowledge of personal lines insurance products, policies, and regulations.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze policies and assess risks effectively.
