The Partners Group in the Pacific Northwest is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager who can guide clients through coverage options, renewals, and policy changes while building trusted relationships with clients and carriers. You will manage a book of Personal Lines accounts and provide proactive, accurate service to support client retention and growth.

Ideal candidates hold a Property & Casualty license, have 5+ years of Account Manager experience in insurance, and can collaborate with

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license.
• 5+ years of Account Manager experience in insurance.
• Strong knowledge of Personal Lines coverages and policies.
• Ability to build trusted client and carrier relationships.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of Personal Lines client accounts.
• Review coverage and identify potential gaps and exposures.
• Process renewals, endorsements, and policy changes.
• Partner with carrier representatives to support client needs.
• Respond promptly to client questions and service requests.
• Maintain accurate account records and documentation.
