The Jonus Group seeks a dedicated Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team in Omaha. You will manage a book of personal lines accounts, provide quotes, and deliver exceptional client service, leveraging strong communication and industry knowledge.

This role offers a hybrid schedule after training (3 days remote, 2 days in-office) and requires a P&C license with 2–3 years in personal lines (5+ preferred) and AMS360 proficiency.

Qualifications

• Licensure in Property & Casualty (P&C) required.
• 2–3 years in personal lines insurance (5+ years preferred).
• Proficiency with AMS360 software is highly preferred.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 annually

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensure/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in personal lines insurance (5+ years preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage standard personal lines accounts
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is highly preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
