Dagley Insurance Agency, LLC is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our Service Center Team. This role will answer client questions, help with coverage selections, and serve as the liaison between clients and the insurer.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of sales experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a strong customer-service mindset. We foster a family-like, collaborative environment with opportunities for growth and recognition.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience handling personal lines accounts.
• Must be P&C Licensed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Independent, flexible, self-motivated and driven.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in making appropriate coverage changes.
• Fulfill service requests for personal lines accounts in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist in marketing new and renewal personal lines accounts.
• Check policies, endorsements, cancellations and provide information to clients.
