Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Business or related field preferred.
• Property & Casualty license required within 30–60 days of hire; ongoing CE is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of personal lines clients (auto, homeowners, renters, umbrella).
• Handle high-volume requests, renewals, endorsements, and billing inquiries.
• Perform cross-sell opportunities and build client relationships to drive retention.
