Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming client service requests, emails, and communications; oversee multiple accounts and renewals.
• Explain complex insurance concepts in clear, non-technical language to clients and internal teams.
• Handle billing, policy documents, endorsements, renewals, invoices, and certificates with accuracy.

Education

Bachelor’s degree (Insurance/Risk Management, Business, Finance or related field) preferred
