Jonus Group is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager in Placerville, CA to manage a $2.5 million premium book focusing on home, auto, umbrella, and fire insurance. You will deliver exceptional service and maintain client relationships in a professional, relaxed environment.

Responsibilities include handling renewals, endorsements, COIs, cross-selling, and assisting with quoting renewals, with opportunities to grow new business.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Minimum of 2 years in an independent brokerage setting.
• Experience with renewals, COIs, and cross-selling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients with professionalism and efficiency.
• Manage renewals, endorsements, COIs, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Handle a book of business including standard and some high-net-worth accounts.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Assist with quoting new and renewal business, focusing on renewals.
• Proactively identify opportunities to bring in new business.
