Job summary

Jonus Group is seeking a dedicated Personal Lines Account Manager in Everett, WA to manage a book of business valued at $1.5M–$2M in premium. You will deliver exceptional service to standard households and select high-net-worth clients.

The role requires 1–3 years of personal lines experience, a Property & Casualty license, and familiarity with Applied EPIC. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of personal lines experience.
• Independent agency experience preferred.
• Licensed P&C required; L&H optional.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business with $1.5M–$2M in premium.
• Quote and re-quote policies using an automated system.
• Handle new and renewal quotes; cross-sell when opportunities arise.
• Collaborate with carriers including Nationwide, Safeco, Liberty, and Nat Gen.
• Maintain strong client relationships with proactive service.
