Job summary

The George Mauricio Agency in California seeks a motivated Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role thrives in a fast-paced environment, helping clients and collaborating with teammates to deliver tailored insurance solutions.

You will manage personal lines accounts (auto, home, umbrella), assist with policy changes and renewals, and support new business quoting. A valid Personal Lines or P&C license and at least 1 year of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active Personal Lines License or P&C License required.
• Minimum of 1 year insurance industry experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced office.
• Team-oriented mindset; Spanish-speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of personal lines insurance accounts (auto, home, umbrella, etc.).
• Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, and coverage reviews.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
• Process endorsements, certificates, and documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Support new business quoting and cross-selling opportunities.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
