You will renew policies, process changes, and maintain accurate records, while identifying cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Property & Casualty license required.
• Prior Personal Lines servicing experience preferred.
• Strong client-focused mindset with commitment to high-quality service.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with agency management systems and standard office software.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Manage and service a Personal Lines book as the primary contact for clients.
• Collaborate with Advisors to meet client needs.
• Monitor renewal expirations for timely renewals.
• Provide prompt, courteous service via phone, email, fax, mail, and in person.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, audits, cancellations, and reinstatements.
• Issue proofs of insurance to mortgage companies and clients.
• Review and transact new and renewal Personal Lines business.
• Maintain thorough records in the agency management system.
• Identify opportunities for account rounding and cross-selling.
• Stay informed of carrier updates and changes.
• Use systems to process, quote, and manage tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Pursue ongoing professional development (e.g., CISR, CIC).
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
