Family Insurance Center, LLC is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to service new and existing insurance policies, cross-sell to current customers, and support the sales team in writing new business.

Qualifications

• Experience using a Agency Customer Management System.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Quoting and selling experience preferred; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Using Agency Customer Management System
• Provide superior Customer Service to all clients
• Assist sales staff with quoting and selling of new policies
• Work with other account managers to ensure daily tasks are completed
• Communicate effectively via Phone, Email, and Microsoft Teams
• Work with several insurance carriers to find the best solutions for our customers
