Job summary

Capstone Search Group is assisting an independent insurance agency in West Des Moines, IA, to hire a Personal Lines Account Manager. You will be the main contact for client inquiries, renewals, coverage questions, and processing new business, ensuring world-class service to an established book of business.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of personal lines experience, a state license within 90 days, and familiarity with Applied Epic is a plus.

• 2-3 years of progressive experience in personal lines.
• State insurance license required within first 90 days.
• Experience with Applied Epic a huge plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as a main point of contact for processing, client services, ongoing support for claims issues, and more
• Manage the renewal process with a complete understanding of coverages, carriers, review of pricing, and recommended solutions
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, to include carrier contacts, sales agents, clients, and other staff members

About the Role

This independent insurance agency is looking for a high performing Personal Lines Account Manager to join their growing team. You will serve a critical function to provide world class customer service to an existing client base that relies upon this role for daily client questions, renewals, coverage questions, processing new business, and more. The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of multiple insurance companies and can adjust quickly in a fast-paced work environment.
