Job summary

Ansay & Associates in Oshkosh is seeking a motivated Account Manager with at least two years of client relations experience to maintain and grow lasting client relationships.

You will review policy details for accuracy, assist clients with loss claims, make pre-renewal calls, educate clients, and gather information for underwriters, in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of experience in client relations or a related role.
• Experience reviewing policies for accuracy and servicing personal lines.

Responsibilities

• Review company-issued new and renewal policies for accuracy in rating, typing, endorsement forms, and coverage
• Assisting clients with loss claims and following up as needed based on workflow
• Making pre-renewal calls to clients, and providing client education as needed
• Obtaining information requested by the insurance carrier underwriter
• Preparing Auto ID cards, Evidence of Property, Summary of Insurance, and Binders
• Servicing personal lines accounts in a manner to eliminate gaps in coverage, thus reducing E&O exposures
