You will be the trusted point of contact ensuring clients receive excellent service, accurate coverage recommendations, and timely policy management — while working closely with producers and carriers to drive retention and identify cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Personal Lines insurance license required.
• Prior experience managing a personal lines book of business.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with producers, carriers, and clients.
