Responsibilities

• Review new and renewal policies for accuracy in rating, typing, endorsements, and coverage.
• Assist clients with loss claims and follow up based on workflow.
• Make pre-renewal calls to clients and provide client education as needed.
• Obtain information requested by the insurer underwriter.
• Prepare Auto ID cards, Evidence of Property, Summary of Insurance, and Binders.
• Service personal lines accounts to minimize gaps in coverage and E&O exposure.
