Job summary

HUB International is seeking an Assistant Account Manager in Culver City, CA to support Account Managers and Senior Account Managers with servicing assigned accounts. You will prepare documents such as invoices, certificates of insurance, and binders, while maintaining client files and processing change requests.

A P&C Producer license is required within 90 days of start, with 1–2 years of office experience preferred.

Qualifications

• P&C Insurance Producer License required within 90 days of start.
• One or more years of professional office experience preferred.
• High School or equivalent education required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare invoices, certificates of insurance, and binders.
• Review and process change requests in the system of record.
• Set-up and maintain new and renewal client files in the system of record.
• Participate in the renewal preparation process, including generating renewal updates on accounts specified by the Account Manager, Senior Account Manager or Producer.
• Provide quality customer service to clients, team members, and carriers.
• Prepare policies for delivery to clients.
• Input/maintain data on account management system and ancillary systems as required.
