Ideal candidates possess a P&C license, at least five years in personal lines, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service with policy questions, coverage explanations and service requests.
• Review and process daily account activity including policy changes, notices and certificates.
• Review policies for accuracy and prepare for producer delivery or client distribution.
• Prepare renewal summaries and update renewal data in the agency system.
• Quote personal lines coverage with multiple carriers and process EOIs and policy documents.
• Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system.
• Complete additional duties in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with policy questions, coverage explanations, and service requests
• Review and process daily account activity, including policy changes, claims notices, auto ID cards, MVR orders, and certificates
• Review policies for accuracy and prepare them for producer delivery or direct distribution to clients
• Prepare renewal summaries, mail renewal letters, and update renewal data in the agency management system
• Quote personal lines coverage with multiple insurance carriers
• Process evidence of insurance (EOIs) and related policy documentation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency management system
• Complete additional assigned duties in a timely and efficient manner

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a personal lines insurance agency role
• Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
• Prior experience with an independent insurance agency
• Experience using Applied Systems agency management software preferred
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• High school diploma required; some college coursework or insurance designations (CIC, CPCU, ARM, CISR) a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and agency management systems
