Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years of P&C insurance experience.
• Hold a Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to break down complex concepts into easy-to-understand language.
• Driven to succeed independently but able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with pre-qualified prospective customers.
• Proactively network with mortgage brokers, real estate agents, and financial planners to build referral pipelines.
• Use product knowledge to match clients with suitable carriers and options.
