Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years of P&C insurance experience.
• Hold a Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.

• Ability to break down complex concepts into easy-to-understand language.
• Driven to succeed independently but able to work as part of a team.

Here, you'll get to sell comprehensive personal insurance products like home, auto, umbrella, boat, and RV insurance. We're committed to your success, providing you with robust training for the first 90 days and personalized, ongoing coaching sessions weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Developing relationships with pre-qualified prospective customers.
• Proactively engaging and networking with mortgage brokers, real estate agents and financial planners to cultivate strong strategic relationships and establish a steady stream of referral prospects.
• Utilizing your expertise to gain client trust and navigate the pros and cons of various carriers.
• Showcasing your follow-up skills to convert prospects into loyal customers.
