Bravera Holdings Corp. in Watford City, ND is hiring a Personal & Ag Lines Insurance Associate. You will support Personal and Ag Lines Advisors and Account Executives, service client accounts, educate clients on coverage, and assist with changes and renewals.

You will maintain files, process claims, and help growth through cross-selling while staying compliant with regulations. A license within 45 days and strong communication are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years customer service experience or equivalent education/experience mix.
• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred.
• Proficiency in Windows environment with Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Valid Resident Insurance License within 45 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Educate existing clients about coverage, exclusions, and exposures.
• Service Bravera Personal and Ag Lines customer accounts with Advisors and Account Executives.
• Assist clients in making appropriate coverage changes.
• Maintain agency files and document conversations in the management system.
• Assist in processing claims and renewal procedures for coverage analysis and remarketing.
• Refer clients to other departments for opportunities and expand relationships.
• Keep current on carriers, products, and market trends; utilize ancillary insurance products.
• Promote Bravera in the community and participate in business development activities.
• Drive a company vehicle if required and maintain a clean driving record.
