Bravera is hiring a Personal & Ag Lines Insurance Associate in Watford City, ND. The role supports Personal and Ag Lines Advisors and Account Executives in retention, service, and account development, while presenting Bravera products to clients.

Primary duties include educating clients on coverage, processing changes, handling renewals, and assisting with claims. A strong emphasis on confidentiality, professionalism, and community engagement is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years customer service experience.
• PC proficiency in Windows environment (Word/Excel/Outlook).
• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred.

Responsabilités

• Educate clients about coverage, exclusions, and exposures.
• Service Bravera Personal and Ag Lines accounts with accuracy.
• Assist in changes to coverage and process claims with carriers.
• Maintain electronic files and document conversations in the system.
• Support renewal procedures and remarketing where applicable.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and promote Bravera products.
