Iron Insurance Partners LLC is seeking a PL Account Manager to support the Personal Lines Production Team. You will provide professional service to clients via email, phone, and in person, helping grow our agency through quality interactions.

The role involves processing payments, endorsements, and client changes in AMS360 and carrier systems, logging communications, and coordinating with Account Executives to meet service goals daily.

Qualifications

• Provide professional client service via email, phone, and in person.
• Direct client requests and service needs to appropriate channels.
• Log all client communications and set follow-ups.
• Assist in processing endorsements and changes with carriers.

Responsibilities

• Post payments from clients in AMS360 and carrier systems.
• Communicate with clients via phone, email, in person, or virtually.
• Direct clients to Service Centers when appropriate (e.g., Nationwide, Safeco, other carriers).
• Log activities for client and carrier communications and set suspense for follow-ups.
• Receive change requests from clients and submit to carriers, confirming in writing.
• Report significant activity to Account Executive and PL Service Manager.
• Provide reception services to visitors and greet clients.
