Job summary

Tech Sales Jobs is seeking a Personal Insurance Account Manager I to support GIB customers in Wasilla, AK. You will handle policy changes, billing issues, new business, and claims processing while educating customers on policy coverage and driving informed decisions.

You will build trusted relationships, address coverage needs, and cross-sell additional products offered by the Insurance Agency or the Credit Union, leveraging strong sales and customer service skills and proficiency with AMS 360

Qualifications

• Must possess Property/Casualty license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Proficient with technology including MS Office and AMS 360.

Responsibilities

• Perform customer service functions to support clients, including policy changes and billing issues.
• Handle new business and claims processing.
