Job summary

Bell Bank is seeking a Personal Insurance Advisor to grow the agency’s profitable book of business in a client-focused environment. The role involves prospecting, quoting and selling Property/Casualty and Benefits, while managing relationships with existing clients and coordinating with Account Managers.

You will guide clients on coverages, collect payments, and maintain EPIC documentation to support sales and renewals. A license and strong sales mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Insurance license required.
• Sales experience with insurance preferred.
• Commitment to ongoing insurance education.
• Ability to communicate clearly, in writing and verbally.
• Proficiency with EPIC software.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional network.
• Ethics, integrity and honesty are essential.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients and build a base of prospective insureds.
• Solicit, quote and sell new Property/Casualty and/or Benefits accounts.
• Manage relationships with existing clients and renewals.
• Educate clients on coverage and billing, collect payments.
• Coordinate with Account Managers and carriers.
• Maintain documentation in EPIC and submit accurate applications.
• Develop renewal strategies and remarket coverages when needed.
• Collaborate to meet agency and carrier standards.
