Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Property/Casualty license required; maintain licensure via CE.
• 1–3+ years of insurance experience preferred; strong policy knowledge.
• Ability to use standard software and agency systems for service tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle a book of business and build client relationships.
• Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, and claims processing.
• Advise on value of coverage, not just price.
• Conduct coverage reviews and advise on adequate protections.
• Reach out to new clients within 30–45 days of start date.
• Address renewal issues and seek rate relief options with carriers.
• Communicate with underwriters to resolve issues affecting insurability.
• Document all client and carrier interactions in the system.
• Maintain current client contact information and preferred payment methods.
• Meet performance metrics for account servicing and referrals.
