Job summary

World Insurance Associates is seeking an experienced client service professional to manage renewal processes, evaluate exposures, and coordinate billing for personal property and casualty accounts. The role emphasizes accuracy, strong communication, and teamwork within a fast-paced environment.

With 3+ years in the field and an active Property & Casualty license, you will leverage EPIC and MS Office tools to support renewals, client communications, and policy management across a diverse client

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Personal Property and Casualty with a comprehensive understanding of insurance coverages.
• State Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and other MS Office products.
• Ability to obtain firsthand customer information and use it for improvements in placements and services.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates exposures and renewal quotes.
• Review upcoming renewals and determine which accounts warrant remarket.
• Make coverage recommendations.
• Transact agency billing where applicable.
• Obtain signed binding and notify carriers.
• Review binding documents for accuracy.
• Setup and maintain accurate account details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC.
• Process renewals, endorsements, acknowledgments, cancellations and proofs of insurance.
• Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC.
• Initiate endorsements, proofs of insurance and invoices.
• Leverage templates and system generated letters to produce standard communications to clients and carriers.
• Create activities in EPIC and assign to team members.
• Pull items such as MVR, CLUES, Risk Meters, RCE as applicable.
