OneGroup is seeking a Personal Insurance Client Advisor to join the Personal Insurance department. You will work with the sales and management teams to respond to client needs and protect client assets, handling a book of business with accuracy and care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• College Degree preferred.
• Property & Casualty license required or pursued.
• Maintenance of license through continuing education.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client needs and protect assets within Personal Insurance.
• Assist clients with policy changes, renewals and claims processing.
• Advise on value and comprehensive coverage, not just price.
• Conduct coverage reviews and advise on adequate protection at loss.
• Initiate contact with new clients within 30–45 days of new business date.
• Review renewal increases and discuss rate relief options with carrier.
