Jonus Group is seeking a dedicated Personal Insurance Agent in Wenatchee, WA to join a disciplined team. The role focuses on servicing personal lines with a strong emphasis on customer service, renewals, and endorsements, ensuring accurate and timely processing for clients.

The ideal candidate will hold a Property & Casualty license, have 3–5+ years of personal lines experience, and be comfortable with quoting and collaboration.

Qualifications

• P&C license is required.
• 3–5+ years of personal lines servicing experience preferred.
• Applied Epic familiarity is a plus but not required.
• Strong discipline and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to personal insurance clients, focusing on renewals, endorsements, and standard servicing tasks.
• Handle 80% service-related tasks and 20% inbound sales.
• Manage and process personal lines accounts, including smaller accounts and delegated tasks based on experience.
• Conduct quoting for new and renewal business as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Compensation Package

• Salary: Up to $70,000 annually, based on experience.
• Bonus Potential: Up to $700 per month based on performance.
