Job summary

Vizance in Kenosha, WI is seeking a Client Service Advisor to support a growing book of commercial insurance clients. You will build positive relationships with clients and carriers, manage policy documents, endorsements, and renewals.

You will collaborate with underwriters to assess client risks, and work with sales and service teams to implement client service plans. Vizance offers strong benefits and a collaborative workplace.

Qualifications

• At least two years of Commercial Property & Casualty Insurance experience.
• Wisconsin Property & Casualty license.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Interest in growth within a professional services team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO AT VIZANCE

• Client and Carrier Relations: Build positive relationships with an assigned book of clientele and insurance carriers
• Policy Administration: Manage policy documentation, endorsements, and renewals
• Risk Assessment: Collaborate with underwriters to assess and understand clients' unique risks
• Communication: Work with dedicated sales and service teams to plan and execute client service plans
