Job summary

Global Credit Union seeks a Personal Insurance professional to support GIB customers, handling policy changes, new business, claims, and billing inquiries. The role requires knowledge of AMS 360, strong sales and customer service skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

The position offers a base salary within established ranges and a comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Education: Highschool graduate or equivalent; must possess Property/Casualty license.
• Experience/Skills: Proficient with technology including Microsoft Office Products and interactive phone system; AMS 360 experience; strong sales, customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Tenure progression from Personal Insurance Account Manager I to II with stated prerequisites and substitutions per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to support clients, including policy changes, new business, claims, and billing issues.
• Utilize multiple insurance carriers with knowledge of their guidelines and products.
• Educate customers on policy coverage to enable informed decisions.
• Develop trusted relationships with clients through problem solving; cross-sell additional products.
• Review customer accounts to address coverage needs and ensure service levels.
