Job summary

Jonus Group is seeking a dedicated Personal Lines Account Manager in Massachusetts to manage a book of business, quote new and renewal business, and deliver exceptional service. The role requires onsite work across multiple offices and collaboration with teammates to ensure seamless operations.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of Personal Lines experience and a Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain).

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred or willingness to obtain.
• Minimum 2 years of Personal Lines Account Manager experience (including captive).
• Proficiency in Applied EPIC software preferred.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 (flexible based on experience)

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is preferred.
• Account Knowledge: Familiarity with standard personal lines accounts, with sizes ranging up to $10,000 (average $4,000).
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Work Location: Must be able to work onsite; no remote work is available for this position.
