Job summary

The Jonus Group seeks a dedicated Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team in Los Angeles. You will manage a diverse book, provide exceptional service, and handle claims, policies, and billing with a proactive client-management approach.

You will work on a $1.5M premium book, handle renewal quoting, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure retention. Proficiency with Mercury, Travelers, CFP, and Bamboo is preferred; a P&C license is required.

Qualifications

• Must have a Property & Casualty license and at least 3 years in personal lines account management.
• Experience with Mercury, Travelers, CFP, and Bamboo preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; insurance certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a $1.5M premium book of business, including standard/middle market accounts and high-net-worth (HNW) clients (approx. 15% of the book).
• Provide A-to-Z account management, including answering customer inquiries related to claims, policies, and billing.
• Assist with quoting renewal business and work to round out accounts and capture referrals.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Utilize software systems such as Mercury, Travelers, CFP, and Bamboo to manage accounts effectively.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage a $1.5M premium book of business, including standard/middle market accounts and high-net-worth (HNW) clients (approximately 15% of the book).

Qualifications / Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications or training in insurance is a plus.
