Job summary

The Crash Team - The Galvan Law Firm in Houston seeks an experienced Personal Injury Trial Attorney to lead cases from filing through resolution. You will try cases, advise clients, and coordinate with experts to develop early, strong strategies.

A dedicated support team and a results-driven culture back your work. Qualified candidates have 5+ years in personal injury commercial litigation, a valid Texas Bar license, and a deep understanding of civil procedure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of personal injury commercial litigation experience.
• Active Texas Bar license in good standing.
• Graduated from an accredited law school.

Responsibilities

• Manage personal injury cases from filing through resolution (trial or settlement).
• Try a case and advise clients, consult with experts, and build a case strategy early.
• Review expert reports and communicate with opposing counsel and insurance carriers.
• Prepare and respond to discovery, motions, and pleadings.
• Represent clients at hearings, trials, mediations, and depositions.
• Manage case timelines and deadlines with the support staff.
• Be a skilled negotiator and proficient in depositions.

Qualifications: 5+ years of personal injury COMMERCIAL LITIGATION experience - this is required, not preferred. Personal injury defense attorneys are welcome to apply. Trial experience Reside in the Greater Houston area. This is not a remote position. Active Texas Bar license in good standing Graduated from an accredited law school Deep knowledge of personal injury law, civil litigation, and commercial cases Strong drafting, research, negotiation, and client communication skills A collaborative mindset - we operate as a team and want attorneys who are invested in building something great together THESE ARE SERIOUS CASES.
