Plaintiff Personal Injury Attorney – Houston, TX. A boutique firm focused exclusively on plaintiff personal injury cases is seeking an attorney with 5–10 years of experience to join a growing, mission‑driven practice.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex personal injury litigation from pleadings through trial.
• Develop and execute case strategy with a focus on trial preparation.
• Present cases at trial, including first or second‑chair trial experience preferred.
• Work collaboratively with attorneys and staff in a primarily remote setting while remaining based in the greater Houston area.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5–10 years in personal injury litigation.
• Trial Experience: First or second chair trial experience preferred.
• Bar Admission: In good standing with the Texas Bar Association.
• Location: Must be based in the greater Houston area; role is mostly remote.

Compensation

Base salary $125,000 – $175,000 per year (DOE). Bonus structure includes split on self‑generated cases and a year‑end discretionary bonus.
