Job summary

Orionplacement is seeking an attorney to own a personal injury litigation docket from filing through trial. You will develop strategy, take and defend depositions, and advocate in hearings and mediations, driving cases toward settlement or trial.

The role requires a JD, active Texas license, and proven trial experience in personal injury litigation. This on-site Arlington position offers a base salary with a potential bonus and a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a personal injury litigation docket from filing through trial.
• Develop litigation strategy and move cases toward resolution or trial.

• Represent clients at mediations and lead settlement negotiations.
• Evaluate case value, liability, exposure, and litigation risk.

• Maintain proactive communication with clients regarding case status and expectations.
• Coordinate with paralegals, attorneys, and support staff to move cases forward.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and stay ahead of deadlines.
