Confidential Employer in Houston, TX is seeking an attorney to independently manage plaintiff-side personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial. This in-office, full-time role offers hands-on case management and the chance to develop litigation strategies with experienced trial lawyers.

Applicants must hold an active Texas law license and have 2+ years of plaintiff-side PI experience, with strong writing, negotiation, and advocacy skills.

Qualifications

• Active Texas law license required with bar in good standing.
• 2+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.
• Hands-on case management and direct client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage plaintiff-side personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial.
• Investigate liability, evaluate damages and insurance coverage, and develop strategies.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, settlement demands, and other filings.
• Take and defend depositions, attend hearings, and participate in mediations.
• Collaborate with clients, medical professionals, experts, and fellow attorneys to build cases.
• Advocate for injured clients with clear communication throughout the litigation process.

Join our team in a centrally located Houston office, where you'll collaborate directly with experienced litigators, build strong professional relationships, and gain valuable hands-on trial experience.

Note

Candidates must have an active Texas law license and 2+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience, including hands-on case management. This is a full-time, in-office opportunity.

Qualifications

• Active license to practice law in Texas.
• 2+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience.
• Experience independently managing personal injury cases and handling litigation matters.
• Strong legal writing, negotiation, communication, and advocacy skills.
• Experience with trucking accidents, commercial vehicle collisions, premises liability, or workplace injuries is a plus.
