MARCO BASS LAW FIRM PLLC in San Antonio, Texas, is looking for an experienced Records Coordinator. In this role, you'll manage medical records, assist with lien negotiations, and ensure client needs are met.

The ideal candidate should possess 1 year of experience in personal injury law and demonstrate strong organizational skills. A positive attitude and ability to work independently are essential. Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.

This is a full-time in-person position with excellent growth potential.

Competenze

• 1 year experience in plaintiff's personal injury law.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills, especially in Spanish (preferred).

Mansioni

• Request and obtain medical records and documents.
• Manage lien and subrogation matters.
• Assist in medical lien negotiations.
• Document case expenses in CasePeer System.
• Interact with clients to understand their needs.
• File management and organization.
• Assist the litigation team as needed.
