Marcari, Russotto, Spencer & Balaban, P.C. is seeking an Entry Level Personal Injury Legal Assistant to support our attorneys and help run the daily operations of the firm.

Responsibilities include case research, organizing client files in the case management system, drafting pleadings and motions, and scheduling depositions and court appearances.

The role emphasizes strong client service, timely responses, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years clerical/administrative experience.
• Prior experience supporting paralegals or attorneys preferred.
• Ability to respond quickly and efficiently to requests.
• Polished and professional; client-oriented attitude.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Dependability and punctuality.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and gather information relevant to each case.
• Assist with case management, including organizing client files and maintaining the case management system.
• Communicate with clients, insurance companies, medical providers, and other parties involved in the case.
• Draft legal documents, such as pleadings, discovery requests, and motions.
• Schedule appointments, depositions, and court hearings.
• Assist with trial preparation and attend trials as necessary.
• Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, managing calendars, and maintaining office supplies
