Responsibilities

• Coordinate medical appointments and follow up to ensure scheduling and completion.
• Obtain and organize medical records, bills, wage-loss information, and other supporting documents.
• Track liens and reimbursement claims and assist with settlement documentation and case closing.
• Maintain deadlines and follow-up systems, promptly identifying outstanding issues.
• Assist with litigation handoff and filing attorney-approved documents as directed.
