Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Pre-Suit focused Attorney for our Palm Harbor office. The attorney will handle day-to-day pre-litigation tasks, guide clients through the case process, and oversee a team of 6-10 case managers, with a focus on personal injury cases, primarily automotive.

Ideal candidates hold a law degree from an accredited law school, are in good standing with the Florida Bar, and have 1+ years of personal injury experience, with strong writing, advocacy, and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage high volume of pre-litigation cases.

Responsibilities

• Drive compliance and KPIs amongst team.
• EUOs, PIP Statements, recorded statements.
