Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Pre-Suit Attorney for our Brentwood, CA office. You will handle pre-litigation work, guide clients, draft and file pre-litigation documents, and oversee settlement negotiations while leading a team of Case Managers. A California law degree and active CA Bar membership are required, with 2+ years of personal injury experience.

The salary range is $100,000 - $125,000 USD with a comprehensive benefits package for full-time employees. E-Verify participation is noted.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day handling of all pre-litigation work
• Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval
• Guide clients through the case process
• Drafting and filing of pre-litigation documents
• Complete TD approval for liability issues
• Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages

Requirements

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school
• An active member in good standing with the CA State Bar Association
• 2+ years of personal injury experience

Salary Range
