BCG Attorney Search is seeking an Associate Attorney for the Personal Injury Pre-Litigation department in Oakland, CA. The successful candidate will manage a significant caseload and collaborate with a team to achieve optimal settlements for clients.

Responsibilities include communicating with clients and opposing counsel, conducting hearings, and developing skills under experienced supervision. California Bar in good standing and JD are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar.
• Superior analytical and legal research skills.
• Creative and strategic thinking abilities.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• JD degree required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a significant caseload and collaborate with case managers and assistants.
• Work with sales, property damage, case management, demands/negotiation, and liens departments.
• Communicate legal concepts and strategies to clients and opposing counsel.
• Attend and conduct hearings regularly.
• Develop skills in the personal injury pre-litigation process under experienced supervision.
