BCG Attorney Search is seeking an Associate Attorney for the Personal Injury Pre-Litigation department in Torrance, CA. The successful candidate will join a team dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for clients in wrongful death, TBI, catastrophic injury, and major orthopedic settlements.

Requirements include California Bar admission, JD, and strong analytical skills. Bilingual English-Spanish is a plus. This role offers growth opportunities and a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed California attorney in good standing (Bar).
• JD from an ABA-accredited school.
• Strong analytical and research abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a significant caseload and collaborate with case managers and assistants.
• Work with sales, property damage, case management, demands/negotiation, and liens departments.
• Communicate legal concepts and strategies to clients and opposing counsel.
• Attend and conduct hearings regularly.
