Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a docket of personal injury cases.
• Meet with potential clients and evaluate new cases.
• Develop case strategy from intake through resolution.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Review and handle written discovery.
• Draft and argue motions.
• Work with treating physicians and retained experts.
• Prepare for and attend mediations.
• Negotiate settlements.
• Prepare cases for trial.
• Collaborate with other attorneys on high-value cases.
