The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Base Pay Range: $85,000 – $100,000 per year

Location: Monrovia, CA (Los Angeles County)

Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist trial team throughout all phases of litigation, from complaint filing through trial.
• Propound and respond to extensive discovery requests.
• Draft various motions, oppositions, and replies.
• Prepare pleadings and supporting documents, including declarations and exhibit lists.
• Manage calendaring of deadlines, hearings, and depositions.
• Schedule and notice deposition and hearing participants.
• Coordinate court calls and appearances by attorneys.
• Organize documents for filing and maintain case files.
• Draft professional correspondence.
• Handle special projects as assigned.

Top Qualifications

• Previous experience in personal injury litigation.
• 3–5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal.
• Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.
