• Must reside within driving distance of Raleigh NC
• Able to attend trials, including some overnight stays

Responsibilities

• Assist in building litigation cases by gathering evidence and reviewing records
• Communicate with clients and liaise with experts
• Schedule depositions/mediations and prepare for trials
• Attend trials and contribute to case strategy
